Tips for Usage:
<ol>
<li>To set the recording threshold, press the power button and adjust the threshold value (0.00~1.00) by sliding the thumb; the value will be saved for future use.</li>
<li>A flashing indicator indicates actual recording. Check for recorded files after initiation; sample files may be present for testing.</li>
<li>Adjust the threshold value based on the specific scenario. For instance, set it at 0.05 for nighttime activities like snoring and sleep talking, but opt for 0.10 during daytime recordings.</li>
<li>Attention should be paid to labeling files appropriately. Ensure simplicity in naming within a 125-character limit, adhering to character restrictions based on computer OS to prevent errors during file management.</li>
</ol>

Note on Volume:
For optimal sound output, ensure the device's volume settings are calibrated correctly in both speaker and earphone modes, considering that the speaker hardware is shared among all applications.

Downloading Recording Files:
To download files efficiently, utilize the iTunes File Sharing Feature. Follow these steps: connect to iTunes -> select "iPhone" -> navigate to "Apps" -> scroll down to locate "File Sharing" -> choose the app's icon -> select desired recording files from the right box -> click "Save." More detailed instructions can be found in iTunes' help section.
